Cooperation between Lekane and Telia started years ago with a pioneering chatbot solution for Tele Finland. As Tele Finland's brand was merged with Telia, the chatbot was deployed on Telia's website. The chatbot has been under active refinement over the years and is, for example, integrated into many different systems within Telia so that the customer can handle his affairs as smoothly as possible.
