The solution is in use on Telia's website. With the help of the chatbot, you can comprehensively manage your mobile subscription without having to wait in line for customer service. Telia's chatbot was estimated to do the work of an 18-person team in routine tasks!\u00a0<\/p><p>Cooperation between Lekane and Telia started years ago with a pioneering chatbot solution for Tele Finland. As Tele Finland's brand was merged with Telia, the chatbot was deployed on Telia's website.
